day trip

we finally managed to get out of the house and go explore somewhere. i had been wanting to take the boys up to snoqualmie falls to go hiking. when i heard the weather report for this weekend i knew this was our chance. however we were a little disappointed to find out the hike down to see the falls was closed for reconstruction until the spring of 2013 - they must be paving it in gold is all we can figure. after some looking around we checked out old downtown snoqualmie and were pleasantly surprised to find a railroad museum. i guess jack is not yet too cool to climb around on all the old trains.
